Giving love is the motor of your relationship. You cannot get from your relationship anything that at least one of you is not giving. The more love you give, the more love you have.

Receiving love requires the courage to open your heart and the vulnerability to let love in. This is how we say "yes" to love without obstacles, conditions, or doubt. Receiving love is the fuel that keeps the engine running (the giver giving).

To protect your relationship, you must be able to regulate your emotions to prevent harmful interactions from occurring, and maintain boundaries that encourage self-care and suppoort a healthy relationship.

Prioritizing your relationship requires a mindset shift from "me" to "we.” When you have decisions to make, free time to spend, and love to give, the impact on your relationship is always considered first and foremost.
